Stock levels, processing and dispatch policy:

  • Unlike some online retailers which are really just terminal listing services for large american warehousing companies and freight forwarders, Way Cool is committed to having our listed products in stock, in house to ensure that we can get your order to you fast. ( or we tell you on our product listing more below)
  • When you buy from Way Cool you really are supporting an Australian owned and operated business!

Stock level indication

  • We are commited to this honest policy and show you an indication of our stock levels on every product detail page.
  • Look to the right of the product listed under the price and weight information. E.G:
    • Stock level: "Low Quanities" (This indicates that we mostly stock these items however we carry low quantities and don't guarantee supply. We will immediately advised you of any expected delays or just ship the last item to you.)
    • Stock level: "Always stocked" (This indicates that there is nearly always on our shelves and if there is low numbers we have most likely re-ordered. Placing your order with this stock level means that your items will most likely be delivered fast)
    • Stock level: "Manufactured" ( Items that we make are enabled for checkout but we need to manufacture these items)
    • Stock level: "Order in!" (This is for items that we usually order in for customers on demand, T-Shirts are an example)
  • Some products are marked with "Call for price" or "No price"  or these are items that must be ordered in from respective manufactures and are exchange rate dependent (New Skydiving equipment). These items cannot be purchased through the website and must be ordered after discussing your requirements with our staff. You can email us and we will be happy to call you to discuss your requirements.

Order Processing

  • After receiving your order we will generally process or wait for your payment and ship your order on that day or the next business day.
  • We will not process your payment until we have your order ready to ship. (Except HC Glove orders which are payable in advance)
  • From time to time we have no stock on some products this is usually due to supply chain problems. (for prolonged shortages we will change the product status to  "Call for price".)
  • If we cannot process and ship your order within 5 business days for any reason we will contact you via email with the approximate delay. Please allow 10 business days for HC gloves.
  • We will send you confirmation of payment and shipment on the day of shipping.
  • Our HC Gloves are manufactured on demand, however we always have some in various stages of completion and do try to stock the popular models.
